• I confirm I do not have a Rady Children’s MyChart account. *Those with MyChart should log in to their MyChart account and schedule the appointment directly.
• I confirm I am not scheduling testing for an upcoming procedure. *This scheduling feature is not yet available for pre-procedure testing.
